Our thriving bar area, is the only bar area in the region to offer such an extensive list of Cocktails. Our skilled bar team will even accommodate cocktails that don't appear on our menu.
Cocktails are available all week, at any time of the day or night, £4.95 Sunday to Thursday, and £6.95 Friday to Saturday. All Cocktails are shaken or muddled to order, so please remember good drinks take a while. Tom only accepts the freshest produce and from time to time some cocktails may not be available.
Here at Tom At 101, we are proud to be renowned for our high quality cocktails. So much so, we want to help you to make some yourself. Below is a recipe of one of our favorites!
French Martini
Ingredients:
25ml - Finlandia Vodka
25ml – Chambord Liqueur
Dash – 12.50ml – Triple Sec
50ml – Pineapple Juice
50ml Raspberry Puree & Dash Sugar Syrup
Method: Shake Ingredients with Ice & Strain
Glass: Chilled Martini
Ice: None
