Tom Rogers
is the Proprietor of Tom at 101 Restaurant Bar & Grill, and his name has been above the door here for eight years. The restaurant has gone from strength to strength in that time, gaining the coveted Cheshire Life Restaurant of the Year for 2008/2009, under his stewardship. Sole owner since September of 2009, Tom’s vision of quality food in quality surroundings supplemented by wonderful atmosphere and service never waivers. His attention to detail has meant that customers from the region continue to flock to his popular restaurant and sample its ambiance, service, and dining fare.
Tom has worked locally for many years, predominantly renowned for his stint as Executive Chef at the Park Royal International Hotel in Stretton. Tom was instrumental in developing the food operation once the hotel was built, helping it to become one of the North-Wests' premiere venues for food, functions and weddings. Now with his own restaurant, Tom is aiming to achieve the same parralels. His time in Stockton Heath as figurehead here has meant cherished relationships with the local customers, as well as local traders and suppliers in the village and its surrounds.
In the trade since his teens, Tom has lived through the explosion of English cuisine and service, and is motivated by continually adapting to bring you the best our little corner of Cheshire has to offer – at reasonable prices coupled with a vibrant atmosphere.
